My story began with a desire to make CPE globally accessible to clergy of all ethnicities, regardless of their background or location. Currently an English Professor, having served as an ordained pastor for more than 30 years, which included Prison Chaplaincy for the State of Florida, his message is as follows:

In my theory of Pastoral Supervision, I employ a structured process that integrates new interventions for leaders; promoting, empathy, assertiveness, and integrity among all participants.
